Q: How many guests can fit in a single photo with the open booth?
A: Around 8+ individuals easily! Give it a try! The most we’ve had was 13 people!
Q: What kind of booths do you offer?
A: We offer both open-air photo booths as well as enclosed ones
Q: How quick do your printers print?
A: We use the quickest dye sublimation photo printers that print in less than 8 seconds. That means that your guests will spend more time enjoying the booth & less time waiting.
Q: How many photos are printed each session?
A: With all packages you get unlimited sessions, therefore guests can use the booth as much as they want. At the end of each session there will be single prints printed out. We also offer double prints & unlimited prints per session should you need more prints. Keep in mind that you also get an online gallery, so guests will always be able to download digital copies of their photos for free.
Q: Can we customize our strips with our names or logo?
A: You bet! For weddings, we have a big selection of wedding templates for you to choose one & we’ll put your names & wedding date on each print & if you have something in mind that you’d like to have on your prints, please let us know & we’ll create one form scratch for you. For corporate events, we can customize your prints to reflect your brand & put your logo & event details on each print. We offer both traditional 2×6 photo strips & post card size 4×6 prints.
Q: Is there a backdrop included? Do you offer custom banners ?
A: Yes, we have a big selection of basic & premium backdrops with different colours & designs to satisfy all tastes. We also offer custom made Step & Repeat banners for your event & you can combine it with the red carpet for a true hollywood look.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We require a $300 non-refundable deposit (for Bronze) & $400 non-refundable deposit (for Silver, Gold & Platinum) in order to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. Or we can arrange for a monthly payment plan to make it easier for you.
We accept Cash, Cheques (commercial chqs only, no personal chqs), MasterCard, Visa, Amex & PayPal.
**If the event is within 30 days or less, we require the amount to be paid in full at the signing of the agreement.
Q: Do you have non profit / charity / educational rates?
A: We do! Send us a contact form with all the info of your event and we’ll send you a quote based on that.
